Change is hard, we all know this, and it is the struggle to adapt to a new environment (corporate and geographic) that causes distraction during the relocation transition and often up to one year afterward. Add in a family (for 41% of relocating employees) and if the spouse and kids are unhappy, the employee’s level of distraction will skyrocket. We recognize these challenges, but few companies take this to the next level and employ basic tactics to help the employee and their family have a smoother emotional transition.

With products focused on not just the employee but also children, teens, and the trailing spouse, Essential Engagement Services works with your existing recruiting and relocation processes to further optimize the new hire settling in process. There are physical and logistical components to relocation, and then there is the mental and emotional side of adjusting and adapting to the transition. That's where we come in.
